Thursday & Friday Queen Suite Accommodations for Two at the Tavern Hotel (book w/ a friend or colleague, share a room and share the costs) Retreat Sessions for Two: In Person at The Tavern Hotel (Cottonwood, AZ) o Thursday, 6/4, 12:00-6:00 o Friday, 6/5, 9:00-5:00 o Saturday, 6/6, 9:00-12:00 •Designated group and individual time to create a growth and development plan for yourself as a supervisor. •Designated group and individual time to work on strengthening supervisory skills and approaches for addressing challenges. •Access to helpful templates. •At least 9 CEs including the required 6 CEs for AZ supervisor renewal training. •Light snacks and refreshments throughout the retreat sessions. •Opportunities to connect and engage with other clinical supervisors. *Discount code from the Tavern Hotel will be provided after registration in the event the attendee would like to add an additional night before/after the retreat. Please note that attendee will be responsible for providing the hotel with a credit card upon check in for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy
Given the advanced planning and space reserved for retreats: Retreats cancelled more than 60 days in advance will result in a 50% refund and a 50% credit for CBPI services. Retreats cancelled between 30-60 days in advance will result in a 50% refund. Retreats cancelled less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded. *If you need to cancel, please email info@clinicalbestpracticeinstitute.com as soon as possible.
