Thursday & Friday Queen Suite Accommodations for Two at the Tavern Hotel (book w/ a friend or colleague, share a room and share the costs) Retreat Sessions for Two: In Person at The Tavern Hotel (Cottonwood, AZ) o Thursday, 2/25, 12:00-6:00 o Friday, 2/26, 9:00-5:00 o Saturday, 2/27, 9:00-12:00 •Designated group and individual time to create a growth and development plan for yourself as a supervisor. •Designated group and individual time to work on strengthening supervisory skills and approaches for addressing challenges. •Access to helpful templates. •At least 9 CEs including the required 6 CEs for AZ supervisor renewal training (AzBBHE Approved). •Light snacks and refreshments throughout the retreat sessions. •Opportunities to connect and engage with other clinical supervisors. •Accommodations for One Attendee at The Tavern Hotel (Thursday & Friday nights) *Discount code from the Tavern Hotel will be provided after registration in the event the attendee would like to add an additional night before/after the retreat. Please note that attendee will be responsible for providing the hotel with a credit card upon check in for incidentals.

Given the advanced planning and space reserved for retreats: Retreats cancelled more than 60 days in advance will result in a 50% refund and a 50% credit for CBPI services. Retreats cancelled between 30-60 days in advance will result in a 50% refund. Retreats cancelled less than 30 days in advance will not be refunded. *If you need to cancel, please email info@clinicalbestpracticeinstitute.com as soon as possible.
