Retreat Sessions Only (lunch included each day, no overnight accommodations) In Person at Collaborative Counseling Institute (Gilbert, AZ) o Thursday, 1/29, 12:00-6:00 o Friday, 1/30, 9:00-5:00 o Saturday, 1/31, 9:00-12:00 •Each attendee will be asked to identify one or two projects/goals to work on during the retreat. (ie develop private practice business model, create a clinical supervision plan, create policies and procedures, update website). •Designated individual and group time to discuss, brainstorm, develop, and troubleshoot projects. •Access to helpful templates. •6 CEs including 3 in Behavioral Health Business Operations and 3 Ethics •Light snacks and refreshments throughout the retreat sessions. •Opportunities to connect and engage with other practice owners.
