Lauren Jones Goldbach, Owner of East Valley Trauma Counseling,  is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and an Emergency Responder and Public Safety Certified Clinician specializing in Public Safety Mental Health.

 

Lauren provides evidence-based counseling, wellness support, training, and mental health services for law enforcement, fire service personnel, and dispatchers throughout Arizona with an emphasis on the neurobiology of trauma and chronic stress in Public Safety.

 

Lauren is passionate about improving access to culturally competent and responsive mental health care for public safety professionals and mentors clinicians who have interest in working with this population.

 

Lauren volunteers as a guest speaker at the Gilbert Police Academy and has spoken at Tempe Police Department ‘s Peer Support meetings, Arizona Homicide Investigator's Association's Annual Conference, as well as volunteering as a clinician with West Coast Post-trauma Retreat.

 

Lauren earned her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University and her Bachelor of Science in Human Services, cum laude, from University of Phoenix. She is also an Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners-approved Clinical Supervisor.
