Flynn Carey is a founder and partner at Mitchell Stein Carey Chapman, PC. Flynn’s practice focuses on the defense of licensed professionals, criminal defense, school discipline, Title IX litigation, as well as HIPPA/PHI compliance and psychotherapy, medical, and behavioral ethics advising. Flynn is one of only five attorneys recognized by the State Bar of Arizona as a Certified Specialist in Administrative Law and has received numerous awards and recognition for his work. Flynn appears before the majority of Arizona licensing and regulatory boards, including all of the healthcare boards, and often works at the intersection of criminal defense and administrative law.
