Caleb Chestnutt

Caleb Chestnutt is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and owner of Bare Bones Therapy Co. in Gilbert, Arizona. His clinical work focuses on couples navigating disconnection, major life transitions, and the ways stress, identity, and lived experience shape intimate relationships.

Before becoming a therapist, Caleb served for six years in the United States Air Force as military law enforcement. His military experience continues to shape how he shows up in the therapy room, particularly in helping clients connect with parts of themselves that have been difficult to access, understand, or put into words.

Caleb approaches therapy from a relational and systemic perspective, with particular attention to the therapeutic relationship and to understanding people within the contexts that have shaped them. With couples, this means slowing down enough to understand what is happening beneath familiar patterns of conflict, withdrawal, and disconnection—and helping partners find their way back toward one another.

Caleb earned his Master of Advanced Study in Marriage and Family Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University.
