Patricia Dobratz, JD, LMFT, BC-TMH
Patricia’s education and professional background spans the fields of law, behavioral health, and academia. She worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney before pursuing a career in behavioral health and becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona. She has provided therapy services and supervision in various settings including community mental health, school-based programs, and in private practice.
Patricia has also held several leadership positions such as Clinical Supervisor, Director, and Vice President of Behavioral Health in various settings before launching the Clinical Best Practice Institute (CBPI). Patricia’s background uniquely situates her to provide quality clinical supervision, consultation, and training. CBPI also partners with Collaborative Counseling Institute to elevate training and networking opportunities for behavioral health professionals in Arizona.
In addition, Patricia is a member of the AAMFT Arizona Interest Network and has served in various capacities. In addition, she has served on the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Professional Member and Chairperson. She has had the honor of presenting on a variety of topics including ethics and supervision, assisting behavioral health practices in developing documentation, policies, and procedures, as well as teaching for multiple behavioral health graduate programs. Patricia is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of behavioral health professionals and upholding the integrity of the field.
