Yoga Nidra Self Care Wellness Station:
Deep Rest & Nervous System Reset
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided practice of deep rest that requires no movement or physical effort. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and receive.

Research suggests Yoga Nidra can influence brain-wave activity and autonomic nervous system functioning, supporting a shift from stress and vigilance toward relaxation. Regular practice may also support neuroplasticity - the brain’s ability to adapt and strengthen new patterns and pathways related to self-regulation, awareness, and emotional processing.

For therapists, this is an invitation to pause the doing and settle into being. After three days of learning and absorbing, take a moment to let the mind quiet, the nervous system settle, and the experience of the conference integrate.
