Wellness Station:
A self-care station that includes a short breathwork sequence, a brief guided meditation, and a simple grounding exercise. The goal is to give therapists a quick, accessible reset so they can release tension, regulate their nervous system, and return to the summit feeling more present and steady. Everything is done seated and requires no prior experience.
Dr. Amy Bjorkman is a licensed psychologist, somatic experiencing practitioner, and founder of Mind Body Healing Collective in Scottsdale, Arizona. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and nervous system regulation, blending science with somatic and experiential approaches. Amy’s practice offers holistic trauma therapy, intensives, groups, and integrative healing experiences designed to help people feel grounded, connected, and more at home in themselves. Her work is direct, compassionate, and rooted in helping clients build real nervous system resilience and meaningful change.
